The 3 UNIVERSAL PROBLEMS Facing All Real Estate Investors

Ordo Group was founded by the original "Deal Sourcing Nerd,™" Marshall Hatfield.

Hatfield has been around the Real Estate Industry for 14+ years, as an Investor, an Agent, and an entrepreneur. One of his best-known ventures is REVAS, a fast-growing, 70+ person Real Estate Virtual Assistant Agency.

It was at REVAS where our "Systems & Processes" hypothesis was formed, after working with hundreds of Real Estate Investors around the country, ranging from small-time Fix & Flippers to large Institutional Funds.

Everywhere we looked, we kept seeing the same 3 Universal Problems, so naturally we set out on a quest to find solutions!


Universal Problem #1: Systematization

Trying to build & manage teams of remote workers around the globe, handling campaigns for hundreds of Real Estate Companies, it didn't take long for Hatfield to recognize the first Big Problem among 99% of Real Estate Investors:

Terrible (or Non-Existent) Systematization.

Far too many Real Estate Investors were relying on their wits alone, getting them stuck on frequent growth plateaus. Without a clear system to follow, they were reinventing the wheel on practically every other deal!

Even sophisticated Institutional Investors were dropping the ball on much of their pipeline: strong in their Underwriting & Due Diligence... but lacking Marketing Funnels & Sales Systems, relying on referrals & name recognition for deal flow.

Solving this Systematization Problem was what formed the REVAS motto "Process-Based, Not People-Based™", which still guides many of our business principles at Ordo Group today. Every workflow we implement is scalable & replicable.
